Set next to the splendor of the San Juan River with the mountains in the background, what a unique design that captures the attention of residents and visitors alike. Not only is Fireside Cabins one of the most affordable riverside venues in Colorado, it is conveniently located in Pagosa Springs, just east of Wolf Creek Pass and just 1 mile from the downtown famous Hot Springs, dining and shopping. Fireside Cabins has a gorgeous river front lawn, an inviting open outdoor setup venue with large open space. Stunning views and natural beauty combine with modern appeal, making Fireside Cabins a one-of-a-kind venue for your special day.

Price includes our pavilion area as-is with fire pit, riverfront access for wedding ceremony, electric hookups, trash removal, pavilion tables & chairs, propane for gas grill and firewood. A rental agreement must be signed for all weddings and reunions/gatherings. Please call to inquire about dates and availability. We can provide you with a list of vendors for the area.
Weddings
Weddings are May through September months only. We can accommodate up to 250 people. Pricing starts at $2500 for riverfront venue. A list of vendors can be provided.
Rehearsal Dinners
Arrange for a rehearsal dinner the night before your wedding at Fireside Cabins.
Reunions & Retreats
Fireside Cabins offers a scenic riverside venue with a pavilion, fire pit and spacious lawn—ideal for family reunions and group gatherings.
Venue Pricing
Fireside cabins venue is only available May – September. Weddings are not permitted during published holidays. Minimum stay is 2 nights, unless you are paying for the venue only. All 15 cabins can be rented for your event, providing availability.

We suggest reserving 1+ years out if you are requesting all 15 cabins. Must call to reserve.
We do not offer special pricing or group rates for weddings.

Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Wedding Venue
Fireside Cabins is a DIY wedding venue, giving couples the flexibility to create a personalized celebration.
Couples are responsible for arranging all event details, including:
- Catering and food service
- Rentals (tents, linens, tableware, etc.)
- Decorations and setup
- Music and entertainment
- Event coordination (if desired)
- Portable restrooms
This allows you the freedom to design your wedding your way while enjoying a beautiful mountain setting.
Restroom Requirement
Fireside Cabins does not provide public restrooms.
- All events must rent portable restrooms (porta-potties) at their own expense
- This applies even if all cabins are booked
- Using a cabin as a restroom is not permitted
