Our 15 modern, log sided, cozy cabins are well-designed to meet all of your needs. Each cabin has a living room with a thermostat-regulated gas log fireplace (fireplaces are turned off during summer months), bathroom, ceiling fan, Direct TV, Wi-Fi, phone and a pull-out futon. All bedrooms have a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, shelves and night stand. Each kitchen has dishes, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Coffee, creamer, sugar, salt & pepper and dish-washing items are provided for your convenience.
- Office Hours 8AM – 9PM daily.
- Check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 11am.
- After-hours check in is available. Please call during office hours for check in procedures for after-hours arrival.
- Open all year round, however no arrivals or departures on New Years Day, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day and 4th of July.
Staff is still available for guests on property during holidays.
You must be 21 years of age to book a cabin. Hot tub is for guests 18 years of age and older.
- Dog Friendly: Dogs ($45 for one dog or $80 for 2 dogs per night (2 dog max)
- NO CATS and NO PUPPIES (dogs under 1 year of age)
- Horses ($20 per horse/per night) no maximum – Must call for horse stall/pasture availability.

Holidays:
Christmas Day, New year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day & July 4th Fireside offices are closed. We do not permit arrivals or departures on these days. All holidays require a 50% deposit 60 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation after the deposit is taken your deposit is forfeited. Holidays may have a minimum night stay. If you are looking for just one night, we may be able to accommodate you but we will not know until the week of that holiday. You would need to call our front office directly to make that reservation if its available at 970-264-9204.

Peak Season Pricing:
Our cabin rates vary like most hotels and other lodging depending on the time of year, days, events and cabin inventory.
Pagosa Springs (busy) peak season runs May through September and any holiday periods, off-peak season runs October through April.
Fireside Cabins has a total of 15 cabins (9 one-bedroom cabins and 6 two-bedroom cabins) The difference in the cabins are their location on property.

All of our one bedroom cabins have a private bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom. The living room has a futon adjacent to the kitchenette unit.
One Bedroom Cabins
All 1 bedroom cabins are 400 square feet. They have a fully-equipped kitchenette with a bathroom. Max number of guests is 4 – this number includes babies and children. There is a queen bed in a separate room and one pull-out futon couch in the living room. Our one bedroom studio cabin is an open-floor plan with no walls separating the living room from the bedroom.
Two Bedroom Cabins
Two private bedrooms – each with a queen bed. The living room has a futon couch. Fully equipped kitchen. Max number of guests is 6 – this number includes babies and children.
